Photography is about light and I love chasing spectacular light.  While I was on the beach the other day the sun went down behind some clearing rain clouds and the sun burst through around the clouds. 

Some people say to me that I am lucky to catch some of these events, however I often say ‘luck favours the prepared’.  What this means that if you put yourself  in a position to catch this type of light often enough then when it happens you have more chance of catching it.

So enjoy this display of light.
