A return to the lake

A return to the lake

We have a lake close to where we live, a place that I would often photograph in the early days of my photography.  I guess I suffered from over use syndrome as I have not taken any photos of the lake for many years.

So this evening I decided to take a stroll down there to photograph it hoping for some nice light with reflections.  The other side of the lake is getting quite built up with houses which does detract from the natural beauty of the scene, so I decided to point my camera towards the farmland even though there are power pylons on the hills.

So here is my shot of Barrett Lagoon with power lines.
